Understand balances, withdrawals, and payouts

Learn why an order can be paid while some or all of its proceeds are not ready to withdraw.

The three amounts you may see

Order total is what the customer paid. Seller earnings are your portion after applicable fees, refunds, and adjustments. Available balance is the portion currently eligible for withdrawal.

Why money can be pending

Funds may remain pending while an order is processed, during a refund or dispute window, or while payment-account requirements are incomplete. Shipping or fulfillment rules may also affect when proceeds become available.

Screenshot needed: Seller earnings screen using a purpose-built test account. Blur names, order numbers, balances, bank information, and transaction identifiers.

Request a withdrawal

Open the seller dashboard and choose Withdraw. Review the available method, amount, fees, and destination summary before confirming.

Do not treat the confirmation screen as proof that money reached a bank. The payout history will show its current state, and the payment provider or bank may take additional time.

Get help safely

When contacting support, provide the Koopo order number and the visible payout status. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, bank credentials, or identity documents.
