The Koopo app organizes major experiences into areas including Home, Shop, Places, Social, Events, Video, Appointments, and Account. The exact navigation shown can depend on the app build and your account.
Open your account
Use Account for your signed-in identity and account-related actions. Sign in with the same account you use on the Koopo website to avoid splitting orders or creator activity between accounts.
Return to active media
Video can use a persistent or mini player while you navigate. Close the player when you intend to end playback; returning to it and closing it are different actions.
Screenshot needed: Current native home and navigation states on both iOS and Android physical devices. Use a test account and remove notification previews or personal profile details.
Troubleshoot carefully
Confirm your app version, device platform, network, and the exact screen where the issue occurs. A simulator check does not prove camera, speaker, notification, or real-device playback behavior.
